Mystic Messenger is an Otome game. This means that it its targeted audience are girls, not boys. For these reasons we haven’t actually been able to enjoy this game that much since the entire purpose of it and the core gameplay is to flirt with anime boys.
This is something we’re not really super excited about and for those reasons we were unable to fully experience and enjoy this game. You can’t expect us to provide a detailed overview of the product that we haven’t really tried so please excuse us if the overview is lacking.
However, we did play it for a couple of hours just enough to realize what it was all about and so that we can produce a working hack tool for its resources.
The game starts with a mysterious text message. It is up to you what her to reply to it or not yet somehow we have a feeling that eventually you will have to pay attention to it or otherwise the game would not start.
You’re contacted by an anonymous figure without user picture or even an avatar. In fact the user doesn’t even have a name. He (or she, since we don’t really know at this point) tells you how he found a cell phone but can’t tell who’s it is and asks you for your help. You can turn down or agreed to help them immediately and no matter what you do, eventually you will end up in front of a locked apartment door.
This door has a key panel to it. Your mysterious partner will provide you with the code to open it and enter the apartment. Once you go inside you find a personal computer and from there you are able to access a chat room full of anime boys. This is where the game actually starts.

The game’s core mechanic is simple. It acts as a second cell phone for you. On the cell phone you will occasionally receive messages. These messages will arrive to you at a specific time of the day and you will have a set amount of time to respond to them.

Hourglasses will allow you to backtrack and attend chats that you’ve missed allowing you to score hearts. The hearts are of course the key to what kind of ending you’ll get, or so we were told.
We haven’t actually finished this game or played it that much but if the information acquired online is true, then that’s exactly how it works.
It is not hard to realize and conclude from this that hourglasses and hearts are something very valuable in this game. Of course, hourglasses are premium currency and can be obtained by spending real money. Hearts however cannot be purchased. You have to earn these through interactions.
Doing that is incomparably easier if you have a lot of hourglasses on your hands. Even if you don’t want to cash out to buy a lot of these, you’re free to use our hourglass hack tool to hack virtually infinite amounts of hourglasses (and hearts as well)!
