Transformers Earth Wars is a great hybrid of base building and tower defense game where you get to recruit and train transformers! Undoubtedly, this is a game that will put a huge smile on every transformers fan out there. Not only that, gamers in general will find this game very good and enjoyable. Despite the fact that the game is similar to many other titles like Clash of Clans and offers nothing really new to the mobile game scene, it still manages to be a great game. You can download it here: Android version, iOS version.
The fact that it’s a standard mix of base building and base attacking and the little bit of base defending doesn’t change a thing about that. It could be due to the fact that we had transformers cyber coins hack to help us get everything we ever needed to have though, we think that it didn’t have much to do with how good the content of this game is.
Some noteworthy things about Earth Wars and this hack!
The game starts off as you would expect it to. You’re given a choice of adding either the Autobots or Decepticons. For those of you new to the Transformers franchise it’s basically something like this:
- Autobots:
They’re pretty much the good guys. Autobots strive to achieve peace and harmony and believe that everything in the galaxy has its purpose. Because of this, no life is meaningless and Autobots will do everything in their power to protect it. - Decepticons:
If you thought that Decepticons are the bad guys, you’re pretty much right. Even though there’s more to the story than simple good versus evil, there’s no denying that these transformers are very chaotic. Sure, they’re fighting to save their planet but they don’t care if it means the annihilation of every other species in the process.
Even though this is a trivial matter, we were pleasantly surprised that the choice was even in the game. Considering that this is a mobile game and these games always tend to be as lightweight as possible, the addition of a second campaign (so to say) is always a nice thing to have and we truly appreciate it.
Things like this are what makes games great. Rather than just giving you a choice of selecting an icon which looks cooler, the developers went on and included short description of factions. This way you get to understand that while both of the games factions fight for peace and freedom, they both take a different approach to it. This is something that long-term transformers fans will most definitely appreciate.
Since this is a transformers game, it will be pretty stupid if it didn’t have transformers. This is yet another aspect where this game truly shines. Unlike other similar games that were undoubtably an inspiration for this one, transformers takes everything one step further.
Just like the faction descriptions that aim to present games actors with more personality, so do the games units. Instead of just copying and pasting faceless models all over the game, the creators did something truly amazing.
The game features around 80 different transformers that you can command. All of these have their personalities, their unique models and their unique abilities. Furthermore, later in the game you will own a hanger which you can use to inspect each and every one of these models up close and even transform it into a vehicle mod for inspection.
Hats off to you for this feature! This is something that most definitely put a smile on her face when we saw it and we are 100% sure that each and every transformer fan playing this will greatly appreciate it.
So there are so many models and there is quite a number of buildings and base upgrades. All of this needs to be acquired somehow. Of course, being a free game that it is with such an incredible level of detail, it is to be expected that it would be full of free to play elements such as premium currency and similar.
Cyber coins can be purchased for real money and can later be exchanged for crystals which will allow you to recruit more units. It is kind of like a trading card game but without the cards.
Trying to unlock every single transformer can get quite expensive and even though we do encourage you to go and spend a couple of dollars on the game if you like it, we generally wouldn’t recommend paying for every unit.
